RapidBlog 2.01
- This is version 2.01 -- that means I have put out so many improvements since 1.0 launch I ran out of numbers! That being said it's not a massive change over 1.98
- Converted to 'new style' disqus
- Fixed a problem editing remote posts
- Fixed a problem where an ampersand (&) would be mangled if it was in the title of a post
