Read the entire release notes are there is a lot here!
  • Free for all SiteMap users!
  • New Name (SiteMap Plus)
  • 10.5+ required (Leopard or Snow Leopard)

  • Multi File -- SiteMap can now handle xml files across multiple RW projects -- Go to settings -> SiteMap and enable "Multi RapidWeaver File SiteMaps" and then select the other projects you want to include -- you need to do this for all of your RW SiteMaps in order to get this to work.
  • Custom Columns. A fourth output format that let's you define 'custom columns' that go into your SiteMap -- great for 'footer' type SiteMaps
  • Automatic robots.txt -- you can have SiteMap automate the creation of a robots.txt file (the robots.txt simply points to your SiteMap -- if you have a custom one leave this option off to avoid overwriting it)
  • Insert in footer -- You can now have SiteMap automatically insert it self in the footer of pages (great for custom columns)
  • Visual Ping -- Now the results of a 'ping' are shown for google/bing/yahoo (yahoo fails a lot -- complain to them, not me!)
  • Custom Subpages -- Plugins that have custom sub pages can now be included in the SiteMap -- FaqMaker + blog do this but I'm not sure who else does (if a plugin supports it the 'show subpages' checkbox in site organization will be enabled -- selecting this shows the subpages you can include)
  • Keyword support -- You can now view or edit keywords in the 'site organization' view
  • Hide able Columns -- You can now resize, move and hide columns in the table views (Site Organization & Search Engines)_
  • "Search Engine" tab now shows the Full URL to each page - if it detects a problem for google indexing it will mark it red
  • Footer -- Now you can have both a 'header' and 'footer' text for SiteMaps
  • "New style" text views with more modern controls for text views
  • Many new columns added to 'site organization' tab
  • In alphabet view you can now customize how the titles look
  • Many of the controls have moved to setup panel

LogAlaytics

  • Included in the SiteMap DMG
  • Interested in feedback so please provide but I can't provide the same level of support as the plugin as it's still Beta
  • View your web stats as you view your project in a very RapidWeaver friendly manner!
  • Lots of intersting reports available

  • Blog Archives should now be working in both RW 3.6 and RW 3.5

Note: This version should work well in RW3.5 and RW3.6 -- Having said that the number of people to test it was somewhat limited for the obvious reason so please report any problems you see (even if they seem small)

* OPML output should always be properly formed. There were some problems with pages not being included and non ascii data corrupting it. It now entity escape everything properly and will pick up all the pages properly(I hope!)
* Alphabetization now properly handles non-ascii chars. It will downgrade words like Årsstämman to Arsstamman so it shows up with 'A'
* You can now optionally add a 'Legend' to the Alphabetical view (at the top). Good if you have a lot of pages to avoid scrolling (see the setup menu->Tweak Output)
* Small improvement to how pages are shown in the table view. They should now indent cleaner

* When viewing the Sitemap in alphabetical mode SiteMap now will Alphabatize within a letter (e.g. Previously it would use the order they appeared withing a letter)
